This legally binding agreement governs use of HIKO Software services. By accessing the website and services, users acknowledge reading and agreeing to all terms. The agreement applies to individuals and entities, with "User" referring to the party accepting these terms.
Users must be at least 13 years old. Account holders are responsible for maintaining security and all account activities. The operator may review new accounts before activation and can terminate accounts for false information, policy violations, or conduct damaging to reputation. Terminated users cannot re-register, and their email and IP address may be blocked.
Free and Professional plan users must display attribution links on homepage footers — these cannot be removed or hidden. Premium Plan subscribers are not required to display attribution links. The operator does not endorse linked resources and assumes no responsibility for third-party content or actions.
Users cannot use services for unlawful purposes, intellectual property infringement, harassment, discrimination, spreading malicious code, spam, or circumventing security features. Violations result in service termination.
The operator's liability is limited to the greater of one dollar or amounts actually paid in the prior month. Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages are excluded under applicable law.
Users must defend the operator against third-party claims arising from user content or misconduct.
If any provision violates applicable law, remaining terms remain enforceable.
Taiwan law governs this agreement, with exclusive jurisdiction in Taiwan courts. Jury trials are waived.
The operator may modify terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
